Mills Consulting Group are helping Ascendant Lifts with the paperless management and documentation of the application of specialist Hilti Products – this will ensure that full conformity is achieved on all work, in line with product data sheets, scope of work, and risk assessments.
Using the full power of ServiceM8 (job management and CRM), Ascendant Lifts engineers will also be using an Asset Management add-on which means all of the individual repairs are uniquely identified using an advanced QR Code system. This means that full traceability of the engineer/applicator, their relevant (and valid) qualifications, and the exact products and materials used on each job will be recorded and available for any inspection/testing – easily by anyone with the use of any smart phone.
Ascendant Lifts Ltd (Stockport) became qualified to assess and subsequently rectify potential fire risk areas associated with passenger and industrial lifting applications.
As FIRAS qualified lift engineers it means that they are now in the unique position to provide a one stop shop, advising builders and all of the associated trades that are involved during retrofit and new lifting equipment installation, project management, and commissioning. The benefit of this is that companies using the services of Ascendant Lifts services can rest assured that the fire safety of their new and existing lifts are safe first time – which ultimately saves money and possible future down time.
