serviceMate and serviceM8 – what’s that all about?
This is an interesting one, we talk to a lot of people about the amazing functionality of serviceM8 – when we are speaking we are thinking we are saying ServiceM8 – when what people actually ‘hear’ and think is serviceMate!
You might be asking – what is the problem with this?
I guess there is not a problem until the prospect tries to search for serviceMate later on int he day – when they are quieter! At this point, they may not find what they are actually looking for.
