However, if you cancel now then you risk losing all your set up and history and ultimately hampering your recovery when we emerge from the Coronavirus emergency.
So, rather than cancel SericeM8, ServiceM8 has introduced the COVID-19 Standby Mode, a new, temporary account management option for ServiceM8 customers hit hardest and unable to continue operating. Activating Standby Mode suspends subscription fees and limits the account to basic access.
Standby Mode is available for existing customers on standard monthly plans only (i.e. Lite, Starter, Growing, Premium & Premium Plus). This is a temporary account management option. Accounts entered into Standby Mode will remain in Standby Mode until further notice from ServiceM8, or they resume a subscription to a standard plan.
COVID-19 Standby Mode can be activated online in Settings > ServiceM8 Account. So, if you have ServiceM8 clients contacting you who are unable to operate, please let them know about the Standby Mode option.
